"When we idealised a horizontal condominium, we did not only think of a unique development, but a first in many that will certainly come. We carried out various researches throughout Brazil and abroad noticing that all condominiums emphasised the flora without emphasising the fauna.

We did seek in specialised literature for all related information, but it was in the Bible, in the book of Genesis where we found in fact the inspiration we were searching. In it, it is described how God created a place where human kind could live free and totally integrated with nature, denominated by man kind: Paradise. We developed then, Ecologic Condominium – Paradiso which above this concept “Man Kind – Nature” has in it a true fun and leisure complex for all the family.
